How MyColonSolution can help Cleanse Your Colon
By JasonB1980
When it comes to colon cleansing, MyColonSolution is one of the premier cleanses on the market. Developed with its wide variety of users in mind, My Colon Solution is a fantastic cleanse that is meant to both cleanse the colon and to help with weight loss.
Due to its very high amount of dietary fiber, MyColonSolution is great for cleaning out the intestines. The fiber will help loosen the waste that is backed up inside the colon, and help scrub the colon of toxic sludge to get it passed out of the body.
Also, the high levels of fiber will help with weight loss. Because fiber is dense, it reduces hunger and prevents you from craving snacks, which will reduce your overall food intake. Supplementing your daily diet with MyColonSolution, along with eating healthily and some regular exercise, will cause the pounds to drop drastically.
MyColonSolution is also loaded with a number of complex nutrients and amino acids that are meant to boost your energy and provide for a stronger immune system. While supplementing with MyColonSolution, you will likely feel less tired throughout the day, and you’ll be able to focus on your tasks without hearing your stomach rumbling endlessly.
If your goal is to lose weight and cleanse your colon - look no further than My Colon Solution. As one of the top colon cleanses on the market, MyColonSolution will both assist you with achieving your weight loss goals and also provide you with a renewed, healthy digestive system.

Breaking News -Calorie Cutting Not Including Counting
By Garen Arnold
Calorie cutting is a very effective method of losing weight, but many people do not have the time to worry about counting every little thing that crosses their lips. It becomes especially difficult for people who eat out a lot, especially if they frequent restaurants that do not readily offer nutritional information on their foods. Many people write calorie cutting off because they do not realize that it can be done without counting every single thing you eat.
What makes calorie cutting effective is not the writing down part, but the reduction of total calories consumed so you create a deficit between the number of calories eaten and the number burned off through daily activity and exercise. To do this without a food journal or constantly keeping a pen and paper on hand, you need to trim your portion sizes and change at least ninety percent of your food choices.
Trimming your portion sizes is a method of calorie cutting because it automatically reduces the total calories consumed during your day. One method is to eat off smaller plates. This creates the illusion that you are still eating a larger portion because you do not have to look at a half empty plate. Most people already eat in extremely large portions anyway, so calorie cutting is simply a matter of scaling back to a more moderate portion.
For example, if you normally eat a lot of a frozen pizza for lunch, consider taking that down to one or two slices and adding in a salad or some fresh fruit. If you normally eat four eggs and three slices of toast for breakfast, scale it back to two eggs and one slice of whole wheat toast. This may not be the exact calorie measuring that many people enforce on themselves, but it is a method of calorie cutting that works for many people who know counting every little thing is not realistic for them long term.
You also need to start making better choices about what you fill your plate up with. Start making these decisions based on what nutrients each food offers your body, instead of how it tastes or how it will make you feel. Go for whole wheat pasta and bread over white refined versions. Load up with vegetables and fruits because they will make you feel fuller for much lower calories than other foods. Lean protein sources such as chicken, white meat turkey, and lean cuts of beef should be included daily. Beans and legumes are also a great addition to the diet, just watch that they are not cooked in a load of lard.
You do not have to totally deprive yourself of the treats you enjoy most, and if you try to do so you are likely setting yourself up for disappointment in the long run. Aim for the majority of your meals and snacks to be wholesome, but allow for the occasional treat when you feel you need it. A great idea is to consider birthday parties or other social events that do not come around as often to be the occasion for a treat.
There are lots of distractions to take advantage of at a social gathering that can help you stick to just one small treat without going overboard. For example, at a childs birthday party bring a camera so you can take pictures of the little ones while everyone else goes back for seconds of the cake.
Calorie cutting is most effective when combined with a regular exercise program, and it is even more important if you are not keep strict counts of everything you eat. Exercise will burn off any excess calories you may consume some days, and it becomes even more important on the days you allow a treat.
