  Hollywood stars are the most sexiest people alive. How do they do it? There is a lot of hype about the La weight loss diets. Do they really work and is Hollywood using it to lose some pounds fast? I do not know. But I am going to give you 6 tips to lose weight within 2 weeks.

Tip 1

Start counting you calories and see how much calories you are consuming on one day. This will give you starting point. Your body needs a minimum amount of calories everyday in order to function. Most people in todays world overeat, meaning they consume sometimes up to double what is required. This will make you gain fat very fast, because all the calories will be stored in your body.

Tip 2

Eat through the day. Eating through the day portions of what you eat in 1 or 2 meals will make your body get used to this method. You will divide the calorie intake meaning that you will eat less and this will result in your metabolism speeding up. When your metabolism speeds up, you are burning fat faster.

Tip 3

Start your day and I mean everyday with breakfast. A healthy breakfast means that your are giving your body enough nutrients and energy to go through the day. This is what all the Hollywood stars use in their La weight loss diets. It is absolutely a must to have an healthy breakfast every morning.

Tip 4

Eat something every 3 hours. I am not trying to make you fatter. But its recommended that you eat a snack every 3 hours. The best snacks to eat are fresh fruits. Fruits contain a lot of water that is very important to lose weight. Fruits have the necessary nutrients needed for your body to function optimal.

Tip 5

Walking for 20 minutes every day will increase metabolism meaning you will lose fat faster. When walking do not walk on your own pace. You have to give 80% of what your body is capable of. When you are doing this you are burning fat. This method is very known in the La weight loss circuit. So get yourself a mp3 player and go walk every morning for 20 minutes.

Tip 6

Drink a lot of water. Water is responsible for 2 things when wanting to lose weight. Water will clear your body and will help your metabolism with speeding up. Drink 1 glass of water before each meal. This will make you less hungry resulting in eating less.
